Wallenius Wilhelmsen in Brunswick, GA is seeking a Manufacturing-Heavy Equipment Processor to load and unload construction equipment, and to safely operate lift trucks, cranes, and other machinery at the equipment processing center.

The role requires reading shipping documents and possessing a current driver's license to move units from factory to yard. You should be able to work outdoors in various weather and lift up to 50 pounds, with a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes.
• Ability to read and interpret paperwork associated with shipping/receiving function.
• Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction equipment to/from trailers for receiving or shipment from the yard.
• Safely operate lift truck, overhead crane, or other material handling equipment.
• Drive and operate equipment including backing up, tilting, or raising/lowering attachments to facilitate transport.
• Work outside in all reasonable weather conditions.
• Read and interpret shipping/receiving paperwork (bills of lading, manifests, etc.).
• Maintain valid driver’s license to move units from factory to yard.
