Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates Texas LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment PM Tech at our Smithville, Texas plant. The role supports safety, maintains heavy equipment, and ensures productive operations in a regulated environment.

You will work with a team to keep machinery in good operating condition for natural aggregates production. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and strong communication with coworkers.

Qualifications

Welding knowledge is required.
Ability to read schematics and manuals to understand equipment.
Stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs as needed.
Work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dusty, etc.).
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Assist with preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
Monitor and assist in routine maintenance to ensure efficient and safe production.
Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections.
Maintain strong communications with plant employees and operators.
Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
