Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year parts experience in heavy equipment suggested.
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Able to speak, read and write in English clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support Kirby Smith's One Mission, One Team.
• Promptly answer phone calls and process parts orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions in the system.
• Follow up on vendor back orders and invoices promptly.
• Provide occasional assistance with parts deliveries when needed.
• Keep workspace clean and presentable daily.
• Read parts manuals and understand substitutions and campaigns.
• Ensure timely and reliable on-site attendance and service.
