Excel Equipment in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Parts Counter Representative. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, source parts, and work closely with the service team to ensure accurate parts for repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment parts counter or related repair experience.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with truck, diesel, car, motorcycle, or military vehicle parts is a plus.

• Engage customers at counter and on the phone, offering parts solutions.
• Coordinate with service department to procure the right parts.
• Prepare quotes for customer repairs and multi-item orders.
• Navigate parts inventory and order status within the system.
• Promote teamwork and maintain safety policies.
