Job summary

TB Excavating, a division of Heller’s Gas, is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator to operate heavy machinery on outdoor sites, travel between job locations, and perform basic vehicle duties. You will conduct pre-operational checks, follow safety procedures, and engage in construction tasks such as framing, utilities work, grading, and snow removal.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and a clean driving record with background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean driving record and background checks required.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, excavators, skid loaders and other heavy equipment safely.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures while operating equipment.
• Perform general construction duties including framing, utilities, grading, and snow removal.
