Job summary

TB Excavating, a division of Heller’s Gas, seeks a Construction Equipment Operator for outdoor field work. You will operate heavy machinery, drive tri-axle dump trucks between sites, and perform general construction tasks across diverse projects.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a Valid Class A CDL, and experience with residential and commercial construction. Full-time hours with travel to job sites as needed are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices.
• Employment is conditional on verification of clean driving record, background checks, and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction machines and vehicles (Bulldozers, Crawlers, Skid Loaders, Excavators, Backhoes, Tri-Axle Dump Trucks, Work Vans, etc.) safely.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
• Perform general construction duties including framing, finishing, underground utilities, storm water management, and site clean-up.
