Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Mulcher/Equipment Operator in St. Robert, MO. The role requires mulcher experience or Geo Boy, Barko, or skidsteer familiarity, along with strong heavy equipment operation skills and a valid CDL/DOT card for truck operation.

Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen; I-9 compliance and E-Verify participation are noted. This is a full-time on-site position with travel for storm restoration work as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior heavy equipment operating experience in utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred.
• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and practices at all times.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily work.
• Operate equipment as directed by Foreperson.
• Maintain and repair equipment and tools.
• Lead and assist crew members as needed.
• Clean up debris and set up safety barriers.
• Track mileage and report to Foreperson.
