Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment and remove branches from electrical lines. The role requires a valid driver license and involves transporting equipment across multi-state locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possesses working knowledge and be able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as Bulldozers, Backhoes, Skid steers, Excavators, Loaders, Dump trucks, Mowers and Stump grinders.
• Transport equipment to and from multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, barb wire.
• Install and remove culverts, rocks and base.
• Gathers brush and feeds brush into wood chipper.
• Applies chemical herbicide to right-of-way, following brush removal when applicable.
• Utilizes spray equipment and hoses for treatment in remote areas.
• Maintains truck, chipper and equipment in good mechanical order.
