Job summary

BYOT Auto Parts is seeking a Production Team Heavy Equipment Operator to support our recycling operations in the United States. This role prepares vehicles for various recycling processes, operates heavy equipment, and helps the team meet production goals while upholding safety and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of heavy equipment experience, good tool handling skills, and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to safely use industrial tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy Equipment safely and efficiently.
• Crush vehicles and Load trucks for shipments.
• Meet assigned production KPI's for Crushing/loading.
• Remove fluids, lubricants, and recyclable components such as catalytic converters, batteries, sensors, etc., in a safe and efficient manner.
• Prepare vehicles for placement in the yard.
• Assist in the relocation of vehicles from the drain rack to the customer parts yard.
