FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to perform skilled operation of heavy and light construction equipment across earthwork, grading, demolition, pipe installation, and roadway construction projects.

Proficiency with bulldozers, loaders, excavators, rollers, and backhoes is required, including grade cutting and working around utilities. The role includes daily precheck/posttrip inspections, fueling, safety checks, and reporting mechanical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy and light construction equipment.
• Ability to cut grade and work around underground utilities.
• Familiarity with GPS machine controls and site plans.

Responsabilités

• Follow safetysensitive protocols and OSHA/project safety standards.
• Operate bulldozers, loaders, excavators, rollers and backhoes per safety programs.
• Perform earthwork: excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, slope cutting.
• Install underground utilities around existing lines with care.
• Use GPS grade controls and follow stakes/plans to meet tolerances.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and document status reports.
• Report defects or repair needs to supervision promptly.
• Assist with labor tasks when not operating equipment.
