Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Texas is seeking an experienced equipment operator to support road maintenance and heavy-site work. You will operate various vehicles and heavy equipment to load, haul, and grade materials, while following safety rules and project instructions.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, to climb and handle tools, and to communicate clearly with supervision. Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required with field experience.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and communicate with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy equipment to maintain and repair roads and rights-of-way.
• Load, haul, and spread gravel, dirt, and sand.
• Trench and install culverts and pipes; remove debris.
• Check and maintain fluid levels and lubrication.
• Instruct and train employees on safe operation of equipment.
