Central Stone Company in Quincy, IL, is seeking a Pit Loader/Plant Maintenance team member. You will operate a large front end loader, feed the crusher mill, and monitor equipment to run safely and efficiently.

The role requires 3 years of heavy equipment experience, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Expect start wages of $20–$25 per hour, overtime as needed, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and environmental rules and procedures (MSHA).

• Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair/clean equipment as needed.
• Communicate safety, maintenance, and production needs to plant management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
