Job summary

Centuri, a leader in utility and energy infrastructure, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our field crew. After paid training, you will operate heavy equipment, move earth, tools and materials to and from job sites, and report to a seasoned Foreman who values teamwork.

You will meet requirements including a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1+ year of operating equipment near workers and underground utilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• 1+ year of experience safely operating equipment near workers and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoe, trencher, paver, dozer, milling saw, road grater, hydro-excavator, track hoe and more.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Maintain daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
