Job summary

Centuri seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to join our field crews across North America. After paid training, you will operate heavy equipment to move earth, load materials, and support utility construction projects, reporting to a Foreman.

You will be part of a safety-focused team that values teamwork and efficiency on job sites. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver's License, and at least 1 year of equipment operation near workers and underground

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • 1+ year of equipment operation near workers and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoe, trencher, paver, dozer.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials.
  • Maintain daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections.
  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
