Job summary

Centuri is hiring an Equipment Operator to join a crew in the United States, moving earth and materials at various job sites. After paid training, you will operate heavy equipment safely, perform pre-shift inspections, and assist with general labor as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of experience operating equipment near workers and underground utilities. Safety and teamwork are priorities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year experience safely operating equipment near workers and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, trenchers, pavers, dozers, milling saws, road grinders, hydro-excavators, track hoes and more.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Maintain daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
