Job summary

Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to support mining and material handling at our Desert Center, CA location. Responsibilities include operating haul trucks, loaders, and excavators, and performing pre-op inspections to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and MSHA Part 48 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment (haul trucks, loaders, excavators).
• Basic mechanical understanding for minor repairs and adjustments.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/MSHA) and site protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials and move aggregates.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections and monitor equipment performance.
• Assist in minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance for larger issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and environmental guidelines on site.
• Collaborate with production teams and document equipment usage and status.
