Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Desert Center, CA facilities. You will responsibly operate haul trucks, front-end loaders, and excavators to support mining and processing operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong safety awareness, the ability to handle various machinery, and works well with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (haul trucks, loaders, excavators).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely to transport materials and move aggregates.
• Use loaders/excavators to shuttle materials and feed production plants.
• Assist in site grading, road maintenance, and upkeep of plant areas.
