Job summary

Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for our Desert Center, CA facilities. You will safely operate haul trucks, loaders, and excavators to support mining and processing operations, transport materials, and assist in site maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting. A valid license and MSHA Part 48 training are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of heavy equipment operation experience in mining, construction, or industrial settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; heavy equipment operator certification preferred; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• MSHA Part 48 (Surface New Miner) training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (haul trucks, front-end loaders, excavators) to transport materials and load/unload trucks.
• Move stockpiles and assist in loading trucks for outbound deliveries.
• Assist in site grading, road maintenance, and general plant upkeep.
• Perform excavation and earth moving to support mining operations and site prep.
