Job summary

EMR USA in Bayonne, NJ is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to handle material movement within the yard using a material handler, excavator, skid steer, forklift and related equipment. You will work independently to complete daily tasks and ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, endure outdoor conditions, and perform routine equipment maintenance and safety procedures, with prior material handler or excavator experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Experience operating a material handler and/or excavator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loader to safely and efficiently move/load/unload material.
• Complete all required daily equipment reports.
• Perform daily maintenance and inspection on equipment.
• Adhere to operating and health and safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
