EMR is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Lafayette depot to move and process metal using excavators. You will perform daily inspections and maintenance while adhering to safety protocols in an outdoor, weather-exposed environment.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience with material handling and excavators (a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and ability to multitask
• Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
