Job summary

A family-owned environmental company in Birdsboro, PA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate various equipment safely. Responsibilities include assisting with onsite operations, ensuring equipment safety, and operating dozers and excavators. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Full-time work with a schedule from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday is mandatory. A monthly compliance bonus is available based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work every other Saturday.
• Must be comfortable operating heavy equipment on rough roads.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely.
• Assist with onsite projects including new cell construction.
• Ensure equipment is safe and operable pre and post shift.
