The successful candidate will perform light cleaning duties, maintain landscaping, assist with onsite operations, and ensure the area is litter-free. The position requires working Monday through Friday and every other Saturday, with compensation discussed upon hiring and an additional monthly compliance bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings.
• Maintaining landscaping onsite including mowing, weed-whacking, and mulching.
• Assist with onsite operations as needed.
