The successful candidate will operate shear, material handling, and front loader equipment, follow procedures, and support continuous improvement while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of heavy machine operation experience in an industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow health and safety regulations.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team with safety as the number one priority.
• Capable of thinking independently to address issues and optimize processing.
• Willingness to follow directions from department leaders.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience on Shear, Material Handler, and Front Loader.
• Know machine settings and OSHA safety procedures.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
• Coach other Heavy Equipment Operators in safe operation.
