Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely move earth, equipment, tools, and materials at job sites. After training, you will support the crew with general labor as needed and perform pre-shift inspections.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid CDL, and 3+ years of prior equipment operation experience near workers and underground utilities. Centuri offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• 3+ years of prior heavy equipment operation experience near workers and underground utilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, trencher, paver, dozer, milling saw, road grader, hydro-excavator and more.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Maintain daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all Operator Qualifications as required by policy and regulations.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
