WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator I to join our team at our AZUSA, CA site. You will operate bulldozers, scrapers and front-end loaders, perform daily inspections, and support recycling and waste disposal operations at our sites across the region with safety at the heart of everything we do.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with stable hours designed for work-life balance, comprehensive health benefits, company stock and a 401(k) plan.

Formación

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsabilidades

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures; conducts routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with material moving equipment.
• Follows standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
