Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment Operator to perform a variety of groundworks and construction tasks. You will operate heavy equipment safely, follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations, and help maintain equipment and records on each project.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, can read basic blueprints, and is willing to work nights or weekends as needed. A valid CDL/DOT Medical Card is preferred, with commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience in equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist training of less-experienced workers.
• Maintain daily time and material records.
