Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support Liberty Hill construction projects. The role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment for groundwork and site development, while adhering to safety policies and regulatory requirements.

The Operator will perform routine inspections, document findings, and aid in training teammates. Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed for projects in the Texas area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe procedures.
• Report problems to the Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Perform routine pre- and post-inspections and proper documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on equipment operation.
