Kenny Seng Construction, Inc. is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator in Provo, Utah. Full-time with a $25–$32/hour DOE plus a $500 hire-on bonus. You will operate a range of earthmoving machinery, read blueprints, and prepare sites while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple heavy machinery in construction.
• GPS machine control experience and the ability to read blueprints.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and scrapers.
• Prepare sites by clearing, leveling, and moving earth or rock.
• Use GPS-based machine control to ensure grade accuracy.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and work with the crew to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of hours and maintenance.
