Kenny Seng Construction, Inc. in Provo, Utah invites a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field team. You will safely operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and other machinery, following project specs and GPS-grade requirements. Join a company with four decades of earthwork and utilities leadership.

We offer a $500 hire-on bonus, solid benefits, and opportunities for overtime based on project needs. CDL preferred and a commitment to safety are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred.
• Proven experience operating multiple heavy equipment types.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and scrapers.
• Prepare job sites by clearing, leveling, and distributing earth, gravel, and rock per project specs.
• Use GPS-based machine control systems to ensure grade accuracy and project excellence.
• Perform pre-operation checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshoot to keep fleet reliable.
• Adhere to safety protocols while coordinating with supervisors and crew to meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, hours, and maintenance.
