Job summary

SEATON PAVING & SITEWORK is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Fort Myers, FL. The role requires operating skid steers, bulldozers, loaders, excavators and other heavy machinery while performing demanding outdoor work.

Candidates must have prior experience and a strong work ethic; a driver’s license is preferred but not required. Pay is negotiable and depends on experience, with compensation above industry standard.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment is required.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor labor in Southwest Florida.
• Driver's license and clean driving record preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated good work ethic and reliability.
• Experience with skid steer, bulldozer, box blade, loader and excavator.
• Compensation above industry standard.
