Job summary

Southland Holdings in Cape Coral, Florida is seeking experienced equipment operators to join our team. Responsibilities include operating excavators and general equipment, arriving on time, and transporting materials safely to job sites.

Applicants must have 3+ years of experience and a CDL Class B license; OSHA 10 and other safety certifications are preferred. Drug, background, and driving tests will be required. Excellent safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Responsible and Dependable.
• Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site supervisors and fellow employees.

• Arrive on time daily and drive equipment safely on site.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections at multiple locations.
• Transport materials to job sites and assess dump sites for safe access.

Johnson Bros. Corporation, A Southland Holdings Company is currently accepting resumes for EXPERIENCED - EQUIPMENT OPERATORS, to join our team in Cape Coral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to demonstrate how to operate but not limited to Excavators & General Operators(Skid Steer, Loader, Forklift Roller).
• Applicant must be able to come to work on time daily and drive the assigned equipment in a legal, efficient, and, above all else, safe manner.
• Preform pre-trip and post trip daily-multiple locations.
• Applicant must also be able to transport material to the job site without supervision and assess dump sites to determine if it is safe for the truck to get in and out of the unloading area safely and without difficulty.
