Job summary

GoHero Home Services LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who can work independently in the field and safely operate a variety of construction machines, including excavators, mini excavators, skid steers/compact track loaders, and related equipment.

The role requires trucking and trailer handling skills, loading, securing, and transporting heavy gear, with a focus on safety and efficiency on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience operating excavators, mini excavators, skid steers/CTLs, and other heavy machinery.
• Experience driving trucks with equipment trailers, including loading, securing, and transporting heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.
• CDL is a plus.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and equipment maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Heavy Equipment Operator who is comfortable working independently in the field and can safely operate a variety of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have significant hands‑on experience operating excavators, mini excavators, skid steers/compact track loaders, and other construction equipment. This person should also be experienced driving trucks while pulling equipment trailers, including safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment.

We are looking for someone who can be given a job and trusted to operate equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally with minimal supervision.
