Equipment Operator

Johnson Bros. Corporation, a Southland Holdings Company, is accepting resumes for experienced Equipment Operators to join our team in Clearwater, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate how to operate Excavators & General Operators (Skid Steer, Loader, Forklift Roller).
• Operate assigned equipment daily in a safe, efficient, and legal manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections at multiple locations.
• Transport material to job sites without supervision and assess dump sites to ensure safe truck entry and exit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience.
• CDL Class B.
• Safety training certification (Preferred).
• OSHA 10 (Preferred).
• Responsible and dependable.
• Strong communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Able to pass a drug test, background check, and driving test.
