Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH company, seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator in Bremond, TX to move bulk materials with loaders, dozers, graders and other equipment on site and to feed conveyors.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime are required; strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate multiple heavy equipment types (bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders).
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation inspections and report defects.
• Operate equipment (front-end loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, excavators, dump trucks, etc.).
• Execute site prep, earthmoving, and material handling per plans and supervisor instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance (checks, lubrications, cleaning).
• Maneuver equipment safely in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Load/unload materials using proper attachments and techniques.
• Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt to rotating shifts.
