Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Certification in heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate excavators, loaders, skid steers and related machinery.
• Drive and control heavy equipment to dig, grade, load, and clear land.
• Perform daily safety checks, fluid checks, and walk-arounds before and after use.
• Clean equipment, grease moving parts, and report major issues.
• Follow site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Read blueprints, site plans, or grade stakes to ensure accuracy.
