Job summary

Superior Pipeline Services is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our field team in Texas. The role requires operating dozers, excavators and backhoes, performing daily inspections, loading and transporting materials, and assisting with yard preparation.

Candidates should have 1+ year of equipment experience, a valid standard driver's license, and the ability to work in adverse weather. You must pass safety and background checks and communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating dozers, excavators and backhoes.
• Standard Driver License required.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must pass motor vehicle, criminal background check, and comply with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as dozers, excavators and backhoes and other machinery as assigned.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with site preparation and yard cleanups.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and safety issues
• Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately
