You will operate cranes, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and trucks, while following OSHA guidelines and company safety rules. A valid license and strong work ethic are essential for reliable performance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Follow safe work practices as per safety program.
  • Experience with a wide variety of construction machinery.
  • Knowledge of maintenance of construction equipment.
  • Ability to take initiative and be detail-oriented.
  • Workers must provide their own safety footwear.
  • Effective, professional communication.
  • Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain construction machinery including cranes, dozers, loaders, backhoes, and trucks.
  • Perform routine maintenance: lubricate, fuel, and clean equipment.
  • Promote a safe work environment and communicate jobsite hazards.
  • Inspect and document heavy equipment condition and performance.
  • Assist with trenching/excavating and earthwork per OSHA guidelines.
  • Support backfill and other site tasks as needed.
