Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years operating construction equipment, steep slope experience a plus.
• Able to pass drug screening and background check.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, ditching, backfilling, and tamping.
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safe and efficient operations.
• Assist laborers with machine alignment and material handling.
• Secure work areas and equipment at the end of shifts.
• Follow safety standards and protocols.

• Operate heavy equipment for excavation, ditching, backfilling, tamping, and more
• Inspect and maintain equipment to keep operations safe and efficient
• Assist laborers with machine alignment and material handling
• Secure work areas, equipment, and materials at the end of shifts

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years operating construction equipment (steep slope experience a plus)
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
