Alliance Construction is seeking a dedicated heavy equipment operator to join our Sioux Falls team. You will operate loaders, excavators, rollers, and other machinery, perform site grading, trench work, and backfill according to plans and safety rules.

We offer competitive weekly pay, opportunities for overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and have a valid driver's license; CDL is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license (CDL a bonus but not required).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Experience with operating heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy machinery safely (loaders, excavators, rollers, skid steers).
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintenance checks.
• Conduct site work and earthwork, including grading and backfilling.
• Read grade stakes and engineer plans to meet elevations and specifications.
• Collaborate with Foreman and crew to complete excavation and pipe installation tasks.
• Follow safety procedures around underground utilities and equipment.
