Job summary

Alliance Construction in Sioux Falls is seeking an Operator for the Utility Crew. You will operate heavy machinery, perform routine maintenance, and support trench and pipe installation on commercial earthwork projects.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. CDL is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery safely on excavation and utilities sites.
• Read grade stakes and engineer plans; assist with trench work.
• Perform daily machine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Assist with pipe installation and backfill operations.
• Collaborate with Foreman and crew to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
