Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to support large- parcel site development projects in Dublin, OH. The role focuses on safe operation of heavy machinery, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with field crews to maintain progress on complex civil builds.

You will operate excavators, loaders, and other equipment, perform routine maintenance, and communicate job needs to the Foreman while helping prepare sites for building or demolition.

Qualifications

• Experience safely operating excavators and loaders.
• Adherence to site safety protocols at all times.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and foreman.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews in storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Always follow site safety protocols.
• Maneuver heavy equipment to ensure accurate material handling.
• Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
• Report injuries and accidents to the Foreman and Job Superintendent.
