Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC, a fast-growing civil construction leader, seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to support our large-parcel, time-sensitive projects. You will help transform sites with excavators, loaders, dozers, and other heavy machinery, under safe and efficient practices.

Based in Washington, DC area, you will work with field crews to prepare and move materials, excavate trenches for utilities, and maintain strict safety protocols on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience safely operating excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers and other heavy equipment.
• Adherence to site safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to communicate with foreman and crew to ensure task accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, dozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Excavate trenches for utility installation with precision.
• Assist crews in storm, water, and sewer pipe installation.
• Always follow site safety protocols.
• Maneuver heavy equipment to ensure accurate removal and placement of materials.
• Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
• Load and offload rocks, debris, and other materials.
