Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Statesville, NC, is seeking an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, mowers and stump grinders to clear branches from electrical lines. You will transport equipment to multi-state job locations and perform gate, fence, culvert work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver License Required; CDL preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, mowers, and stump grinders.
• Transport equipment to multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, culverts, rocks and base.
• Work around hazardous equipment and in all weather conditions.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use.
