Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to work with heavy machinery across multi-state locations. A driver license is required; CDL is preferred, and applicants must be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver license required.
• CDL preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, mowers and stump grinders.
• Transport equipment to multi-state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, barb wire.
• Install and remove culverts, rocks and base.
• Gathers brush and feeds brush into wood chipper.
• Applies chemical herbicide to right-of-way following safety guidelines.
• Utilizes hose and spray nozzle from truck mounted equipment or backpack sprayer.
• Maintains truck, chipper and equipment in good condition.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
