Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights, safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Report problems to Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
• Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each project.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the supervisor.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Assist in training less-experienced employees on operation, servicing, and repair of equipment.
