Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience, preferred.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment in construction.
• Knowledge of earthwork and road/highway construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials.
• Perform activities including road building, fine grading, finishing, sloping, banking, backfilling, demolition, ditching, loading, trenching and related tasks.
• Perform required safety inspections and complete documentation.
