Job summary

Stuart Contractors LLC is seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator to join our civil construction team in the Bowie, MD area. This full-time, year-round role offers steady work on active job sites and requires experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment with emphasis on excavators.

• Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Strong excavator operating experience required.
• Experience working in civil/site construction is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, generally 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with hours varying based on project needs.
• Willingness to work overtime when available or required.

Heavy Equipment Operator

Stuart Contractors LLC is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our civil construction team. We are seeking a dependable operator who is comfortable working on active job sites and has experience safely operating multiple types of heavy equipment.

This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay of $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience. We provide steady, year-round employment with no seasonal winter layoffs.
