Job summary

Hutch Paving is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Michigan. The role involves operating excavators, skid steers, and dozers safely to complete tear-outs of parking lots, asphalt and concrete, and to perform demolition material handling.

You will also load and place materials, assist with grading and site work, conduct daily inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Reliability and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, and dozers.
• Ability to perform tear-out of parking lots, asphalt and concrete.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, skid steers, and dozers safely and efficiently.
• Tear out and remove existing parking lots, asphalt and concrete.
• Load, move, and properly place demolition materials.
• Perform site cleanup and preparation.
• Assist with grading and site work as needed.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a safe work area.
• Repair catch basins.
