• $20.00 - 22.00/hour + consistent overtime 10+ hr. days Monday - Friday

️ Job Duties:

• Operate compactor to spread and compact trash

• Use dozer for daily cover and grading

• Excavate soil using an excavator

• Maintain haul roads using a grader

• Haul soil and assist with other general landfill duties

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience operating light or heavy equipment

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to complete basic daily reports

• Landfill or waste industry experience is a plus — not required

• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50–75+ lbs.

• Strict adherence to safety guidelines is required
