Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment.
• Perform site preparation and earthmoving to prepare for foundations and utilities.
• Complete rough and fine grading according to project specifications.
• Excavate trenches for underground utilities and assist with water, sewer, storm drainage projects.
• Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and construction drawings.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures, ensure field crew coordination.
